Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website thechreso.com (the “Site”) or booking any vacation packages with The Chreso (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Our Services The Chreso curates and sells all-inclusive vacation packages in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. Our packages include hotel accommodations, airport transfers, guided tours, and 24/7 support. We act as an intermediary between you and our vetted third-party vendors (hotels, transporters, tour operators).

 

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All prices listed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. The price you see is the final price.
  • Payments are processed securely via Payonus. By completing a purchase, you agree to Payonus’s terms of service regarding payment processing.
  • You must ensure that all information provided during booking (name, email, phone, travel dates) is accurate. We are not liable for booking errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.
 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Our cancellation policy is based on the number of days prior to your scheduled travel date:

  • 7 or more days before travel: 100% full refund.
  • 3 to 6 days before travel: 50% refund.
  • Within 48 hours of travel: No refund.
  • To cancel, you must contact us via email (bookings@thechreso.com). Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
 

4. Traveler Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for entry into Nigeria.
  • You must comply with the rules and regulations of the hotels, tour locations, and transport vehicles provided during your package.
  • TopGrade Property reserves the right to cancel a booking or refuse service if a traveler engages in inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
 

5. Third-Party Vendors Our packages utilize independent third-party vendors (hotels, drivers, guides). While we rigorously vet these partners, we do not own or control them. The Chreso is not liable for any failure, delay, or default in the services provided by these third parties, though we will assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.

 

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law:

  • The Chreso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, as flights are not included in our packages unless explicitly stated.
  • We are not liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss incurred during your participation in tours or stays at partner facilities.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific package in question.
 

7. Intellectual Property All content on thechreso.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Chreso Nafieu Bawa Limited and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.

 

8. Force Majeure We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or strikes.

 

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

 

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
